Delivery and Shipment


Our prefered delivery provider to ship orders is Fastway (Aramex).

NOTE: Fastway Couriers Australia is currently undergoing a rebrand to Aramex Australia.

We also ship via Australia Post and Couriers Please, except the frozen food orders.

PLEASE NOTE: Couriers do not deliver to PO Box location.
For PO Box delivery please choose Australia Post as the delivery option.

Collect from Springwood, QLD

When your order is ready you will receive a notification by Email and/or SMS. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange a suitable time for collection. All orders are placed in the queue they have been received in regardless of the delivery option.

  • Couriers  $8.95 Flat Fee (including Caboolture, Redcliff, Yatala, Ipswich) *
  • Australia Post   from $8.30
  • Frozen Food delivery by Pet Usuals from $3.95*. We deliver weekly Monday, Wednesday, Friday
*The final cost is calculated automatically by the shopping cart depending on your delivery address in Brisbane area.

Australia wide

  • Australia Post (maximum parcel weight is 22kg) as per AU Post current pricing
  • Couriers (maximum parcel weight is 25kg) from $8.95**

**The final cost is calculated automatically by the shopping cart depending on combination of the weight / volume of your order and your delivery address location. This is a base rate. Some areas also may not be covered by couriers and covered by Australia Post only.

We do not to ship outside Australia.


Delivery time frame

All orders are dispatched and delivered during normal business hours from Monday to Friday.
Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours when the item is in stock and the order received during the normal business hours.

Fastway (Aramex) and Couriers Please (the information below supplied by couriers as a guidance only):

  • Brisbane metro 1-2 business days
  • Sydney metro, Canberra metro: 2-3 business days
  • Melbourne metro, Cairns metro: 3-4 business days
  • Adelaide metro: 4-8 business days
  • Regional areas: 5-10 business days

Please have your order number ready.
You can provide any additional information with the comments to the order (for e.g. "Leave at the door if no one at home..").

PLEASE NOTE: We reserve the right to change the delivery provider, delivery prices, and quote estimations at any time without notice or any obligations to you.

Delivery process

We don’t have control over the postal system or carriers. We dispatch parcels daily Monday - Friday 8am - 3:30pm. You will receive a notifications via email when your order has been dispatched. You can follow the progress of the delivery throught the reference numbers and links.

You will also receive a notification as soon as we were advised by the courier company of the complete delivery. You should contact us immediately if you have received the notification but have not received the parcel.

Contacting us asap will ensure that we can investigate and rectify the issue on your behalf with the carrier asap. If you did not contact us upon the notification received we may not be able to launch the enquiry and you will be required to deal with the carrier directly. We may however send you the instructions to help with your enquiry process.

Authority to leave

This is your responsibility as the receiver to ensure that the clear instruction has been provided to the courier of the secure location for your parcel. Selecting the Authority to Leave the parcel at your premises without signature (ATL) means you accept the full responsibility for the safety of your parcel after it has been delivered.
Shipment charges when receiving and/or returning the product
All shipment charges once they are paid by you are not refundable in the event when the order already has been dispatched to you.

Who’s liable if the parcel gets lost, stolen or damaged?

Pet Usuals will not be liable in relation to any loss or damage to the parcel after it has been dispatched. However we may launch the investigation with the carrier on your behalf at our discretion.
