Please take note of the Public Holiday dates listed below and order in advance as there will be disruptions to transport/couriers during this period.**

Dear Customers,

To ensure we can continue to provide you with an efficient service during the busy Christmas/New Year period,

Pet Usuals would like to notify you of our closure dates.

Pet Usuals office will be closed on the following dates:

Christmas Day - Wednesday 25 December 2019

Boxing Day       - Thursday 26 December 2019

Saturday         - 28 December 2019

New Years Day  - Wednesday 01 January 2020

                        - Thursday 02 January 2020

Period from 20 December 2019  until   8 January 2019:

Limited supply will be available. Please call to confirm availability prior to making an order.

Pet Usuals cannot guarantee the delivery within the normal timeframe expectations for the above period

as our freight providers will experience an increase in business activity.

However we will be closely monitoring all deliveries and you will be notified of any possible delays, if any.


Bulk orders must be placed prior the 19 December 2019

After that date please call to confirm the availability prior to making an order.

Normal supply schedule for frozen food will resume after 08 January 2019.

You still can place orders online. The frozen food orders placed in between period will be fulfilled after 08 January 2019.

Dr Billinghurst orders limited quantity maybe available throughout this period.


ALL ORDERS for SNOZA PRODUCTS PLACED AFTER 15 of December will be processed in January 2020, starting 03-01-2020.

Place your orders early, to avoid disappointment.
